Greetings to all from the other side of the state. The trip home has been relatively uneventful thus far, so the entry will be short. There hasn't been near as much beer drank as usual, and that may be the main contributing factor to the lack of fun and funny moments. Highlights thus far have included my father and I exchanging lines from Christmas Vacation while wrestling several strands of lights out of the Dogwood trees in our yard as well as watching my mother lose her false teeth on more than one occasion. Turkey Day should prove eventful with the rest of the clan's arrival coming Wednesday. I'm not sure what I'm looking forward to the most-stuffing pounds of great food down my throat or cursing at the rest of my family during our traditional Thanksgiving spades game. My weekend entry will hopefully include accounts of both. Until then, I wish everyone happy travels and full bellies!
